KUP’s team presented its latest product development to us, the KOHLER PW 9500DPA, and thankfully it answered all of our needs. Its ability to support a load of 400kVA within a single frame, whilst still offering N+1 redundancy, was a big advantage over competitors’ products.

KUP is made up of the following Key Departments
Hardware Sales are responsible for all UPS equipment sales and work with both new and existing customers.
Service Sales are responsible for all post commissioning sales on UPS systems, Maintenance / remedial works on 3rd Party systems, Generators & Emergency Lighting Systems. It is split into 3 distinct areas: New Business, Renewals and Departmental Administration Support.
Technical support are responsible to ensuring our external and internal customers receive expert advice and guidance in all aspects of the UPS solution design, installation and service.
Projects are responsible for ensuring the right product is delivered correctly, on time and within budget. They look after technical & commercial elements of an order post-sale, procurement, vendor appraisals, warehousing, logistics, stock checks, invoicing.
Field Service are responsible for all on-site work including, commissioning, PM visits, battery impedance, repairs and remedial work.
Finance are responsible for all financial planning and management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and compliance. They ensure we strive for profitability and the long term sustainability of the company and its assets.
Marketing are responsible for the promotion, PR and communication of all KUP company products and services by utilising all available media vehicles such as websites, social media, advertising, events and exhibitions and marketing collateral.
HR are responsible for managing the day to day employment and development of all employees. This includes advising on legal/ employee relations issues, being an advocate of policy, manage HR process and systems, recruitment & selection and overseeing compensation & benefits and training & development.
