Overview
Our on-call engineers can respond to technical queries over the telephone and be available to repair our equipment.
We have an excellent first-time fix rate (typically over 96%) therefore we will plan to make the repair in our first visit subject to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
KUP can provide services for centralised KOHLER PW UPS, generators, emergency lighting, and IPS systems when supplied by KUP and often are able to assist on systems which are supplied by other manufacturers.
