Emergency Repairs

We cannot predict when your UPS or generator system might have a truly unexpected fault or failure. However, we understand the critical nature of your power supply and how downtime can significantly affect business operations. Our UK-based team of highly trained engineers and technical experts are there to support you and rapidly resolve the issue.

Our on-call engineers can respond to technical queries over the telephone and be available to repair our equipment.

We have an excellent first-time fix rate (typically over 96%) therefore we will plan to make the repair in our first visit subject to SLA (Service Level Agreement).

KUP can provide services for centralised KOHLER PW UPS, generators, emergency lighting, and IPS systems when supplied by KUP and often are able to assist on systems which are supplied by other manufacturers.

Our UK on-call engineers have access to:

  • Stocks of spares in multiple locations
  • Repair kits with UPS spares
  • Spare Modules
  • Nationwide UK based Team – with direct access to factory support
van 24-7

KUP’s nationwide team of specialist engineers can quickly respond to support requests related to KUP UPS systems, generators, emergency lighting and IPS systems. They may also frequently be able to assist in resolving issues on systems supplied by other manufacturers, though will only carry out work for which they are appropriately trained.

Our operational planning ensures the adequate on-call capacity to reach clients quickly, with maintenance and support contract clients prioritised to deliver agreed response times.
