Kohler Uninterruptible Power is rebranding to Rehlko
We are excited to announce that from 23rd February 2026 Kohler Uninterruptible Power (KUP) is rebranding to align with its parent company, Rehlko.
Since separating from Kohler Co. in 2024, Rehlko has further developed its position in providing energy resilience and now operates across six business areas;
- Uninterruptible power (the new name for KUP)
- Power systems (industrial and commercial standby and marine generators plus power control and distribution switchgear)
- Fully packaged, modular generator / UPS / switchgear data centre ‘e-pods’
- Powertrains (petrol and diesel engines for generators and off-highway power)
- Home energy (residential generators)
- Prime power and renewable energy solutions
Our new name provides brand continuity with other companies in the Rehlko group while emphasising our ability to offer advanced, integrated solutions.
What does this mean for you?
- Our core business and products remain the same, with everything you relied on as Kohler Uninterruptible Power continuing under the Rehlko brand.
- Your warranties, service agreements and products are unaffected.
- Your contacts and their phone numbers remain unchanged.
- We will have new group email addresses, but the email addresses you use for us now will continue to work for a short while.
- Our websites will become ups.rehlko.co.uk, ups.rehlko.ie and ups.rehlko.sg
Our Singapore legal entity will remain Rehlko Singapore Pte Ltd but our UK and Irish legal entities will change name but not VAT, company or bank account numbers.
- In the UK, Uninterruptible Power Ltd becomes Rehlko Uninterruptible Power Ltd, retaining the registered company number 03150129.
- In Ireland, Uninterruptible Power (KUP) Ireland Ltd becomes Rehlko Uninterruptible Power Ireland Ltd, retaining registered number 308576.
Emails and Communication
All email addresses for individuals will change from ending @kohler.rehlko.com to ending @rehlko.com. Please also note that all old @kohler.com (not @kohler.rehlko.com) email addresses will cease working completely from 30th April 2026.
If you have any questions, please reach out via the new email addresses or the same phone numbers you’ve always used.
