Option 1:
- 24-hours/day, 365 days/year, 6 hour response
- A field service engineer will respond within 6 hours of a service call being placed, at any time of the day.
- This option includes the replacement of all spare parts (excluding batteries and capacitors).
Option 2:
- A field service engineer will respond within 6 working hours of a service call being placed, excluding bank holidays
- This option includes the replacement of all spare parts (excluding batteries and capacitors).
Option 3:
- A field service engineer will respond before the end of the next working day
- This option includes the replacement of all spare parts (excluding batteries and capacitors).
When you need to replace your UPS equipment at the end of its life, then we will provide a competitive quote and support with your design needs.
