The renewal notice document you will receive has details of your equipment, your support /maintenance cover along with other information regarding your policy and is typically emailed to you 30 to 45 days in advance of your renewal.

If you would prefer to receive a renewal notice document in advance of the standard 30 to 45 days, please contact the renewals team who are on hand to action your request.

Auto-renewals

For your peace of mind, we will auto-renew your policy. If you prefer to send new purchase order details, reply to your renewal email and we will be happy to process this for you.

As an existing customer, you may require a new quotation or wish to ask a question regarding your renewal policy. Please don’t hesitate to contact the renewals team representatives. You will find the contact details on your renewal notice or by calling during office hours 01256 386 700 and asking for the Renewals Team Member who sent you the renewal notice.
